Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies to ReliaFarm hardware sold or provided by ReliaFarm LLC.
1. What This Limited Warranty Covers
ReliaFarm warrants that covered hardware will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
Examples of covered defects may include internal component failure, manufacturer defect, or similar failure that occurs during normal intended use.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period is one (1) year from the original date of shipping.
If the hardware is later resold or transferred, this Limited Warranty may transfer to the new owner, but the warranty period does not restart. It still expires one year from the original shipping date.
3. What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:
- negligence, misuse, or abuse
- intentional damage or vandalism
- improper installation
- unauthorized modification, repair, or tampering
- normal wear and tear
- accident, impact, or collision
- use outside product instructions or environmental ratings
- lightning, fire, flood, severe weather, or other acts of nature
- incompatible accessories, wiring, or power sources
- damage caused by third parties
- cosmetic damage that does not affect core function
4. Remedy
If ReliaFarm determines that a warranty claim is covered, ReliaFarm may, at its option:
- repair the hardware
- replace the hardware with new or refurbished hardware
- issue a credit or refund for the affected hardware
The remedy provided under this Limited Warranty is your exclusive remedy for covered defects.
5. Shipping for Warranty Claims
ReliaFarm may require you to return the defective unit before approving repair, replacement, or refund.
- You may be responsible for shipping the defective unit to ReliaFarm.
- If ReliaFarm sends a covered replacement unit, ReliaFarm generally covers the outbound shipment of that replacement.
6. How To Make a Claim
To make a warranty claim, contact [email protected] and provide, if available:
- proof of purchase or shipment
- serial number or device identifier
- description of the issue
- photos or supporting details requested by ReliaFarm
ReliaFarm may request troubleshooting steps before authorizing return or replacement.
7. Disclaimer of Other Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY PROVIDED BY RELIAFARM FOR THE COVERED HARDWARE.
EXCEPT FOR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, RELIAFARM DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
8. Limitation of Liability
RELIAFARM'S RESPONSIBILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, CREDIT, OR REFUND AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELIAFARM IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM HARDWARE FAILURE OR DEFECT.
