ReliaFarm LLC ("ReliaFarm," "we," "us," or "our") provides a public website, mobile app, connected hardware, monitoring services, support, and trial programs for commercial agricultural operations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information when you use our website, app, hardware, services, or contact our team.
By using ReliaFarm's services, requesting a trial, creating an account, purchasing hardware, or subscribing to monitoring services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

- the ReliaFarm marketing website
- the ReliaFarm mobile app and related account features
- ReliaFarm hardware devices, gateways, and sensors
- telemetry and monitoring data sent from hardware to our services

We use Google Analytics for website analytics and Google Analytics for Firebase or similar tools for app analytics. These tools help us understand usage trends and improve the service.

4.1 Cloud and Infrastructure Providers

4.2 Weather and Mapping Providers
We may share field coordinates or related location data needed to provide localized forecasts, maps, or weather-based features. We do not share unnecessary personal information with those providers for that purpose.

If you upload photos or similar content for analysis, we may share that content with third-party providers acting on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and service restrictions.

- Reactivation: If service is later restored, retained historical sensor or account data may still be available, subject to our retention practices and the condition of the stored data.

Uninstalling the app stops further app-side data collection, but it does not automatically close accounts or delete stored records.

ReliaFarm's services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly offer accounts or services to children.
